I wanted to introduce myself and tell you all a little bit about me as you are making your decision for yourself or your teen to see a therapist.

I obtained my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from the California Baptist University in Riverside, California in 2019. Even though I attended a Christian University, I welcome everyone from all aspects of beliefs and backgrounds into my therapy room to be heard and cared for. My clinical background includes providing individual and group counseling services to teens and young adults ages 14 – 25. Many of the clients I have worked with in the past have experienced a wide range of behavioral challenges from Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, LGBTQ+, and have worked individuals struggling with Addiction as well as, children with parents who struggle with addiction and alcoholism.

I have worked in Outpatient Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Mental Health facility providing individual and group counseling services, crisis intervention and stabilization, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
